The Bronx

The Bronx is a New York City borough located northeast of Manhattan across Harlem River and north of Queens across East River, and south of Westchester County. Much of the Bronx sits on the water, with the Hudson River to the west, East River to the south and Long Island Sound to the east. The Bronx is unique from the other areas of New York since it has a good portion of land that is reserved for open green spaces and outdoor parks. Areas such as Pelham Bay Park, Van Cortland Park, and the New York Botanical Garden are beautiful nature preserves contrasting the concrete streets of the city.

The borough is known for its various iconic attractions such as the Yankee Stadium and the Bronx Zoo. Families can enjoy a refreshing tour to well-preserved public parks that are a short drive or train ride away from the heart of New York City.

Residential Real Estate in the Bronx similar to Brooklyn and Queens and parts of lower Westchester and Long Island. While there are many neighborhoods with mid-rise apartment buildings, there are also areas like Throggs Neck, Pelham Bay, Riverdale and Morris Park that offer a more suburban feel with many detached single and two-family homes. The borough provides ample affordable and prime housing opportunities for buyers and renters alike.
